We are Queen T, Inh. M. Wohlgemuth and run the website You will find more information about us in the About section and our imprint. This Privacy Statement explains how we handle your data.

As an internet-based business, we want to continuously improve our website. In order to be able to do so, we collect data according to Swiss data protection laws.

Below, we will show you which data we collect in which form, how we process it and what you can do to change your personal data or delete it completely.

This Privacy Statement is the English version of our German Datenschutzerklärung. In case of discrepancies between the English and the German original, the German Datenschutzerklärung shall prevail. Here is an overview of our privacy terms:

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Personal Customer Data

The personal customer data you submit during the process of ordering and with your customer account are processed in compliance with the Swiss data protection legislation and are only used and processed for the use of your customer relation with Queen T. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party.


To analyse user behaviour we use Google Analytics on which gives us anonymised data on general user behaviour. Your IP address is anonymized which makes a precise geolocation impossible. Through these measures, we can’t connect your activity on our website with you personally.

Additionally to Matomo we also use WooCommerce Statistics which provides us with statistics regarding our sales, conversion rates, refunds, etc.


We use the following Cookies on

  • Google Analytics Cookies: used to track visitor behaviour on the site. cart (see section “Analytics”)
  • WooCommerce Cookies: With this cookie, WooCommerce tracks visitors and their purchased items in the cart (see section “Analytics”)
  • WordPress Cookies: WordPress uses these cookies to authenticate logged-in visitors
  • MailChimp Cookies: helps us to keep track of which email campaign you were coming from

Writing a review on our website can be seen as consent to save your name, email address and Website in cookies. We do this for your own comfort so that you do not have to enter your data again each time you want to submit a review. These cookies are deleted after a year.

If you log into your account, we set up cookies to save your login data and viewing options. Log-in cookies are deleted after two days, cookies for viewing options after a year. If you select “keep me logged in”, you will stay logged in for two days. After logging out, the log-in cookies are deleted.


If you write a review as a visitor, we collect the data shown in the review form as well as your IP-Address and the user-agent-string (to identify your browser). This is to help us recognise spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your review, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content, like YouTube videos, for example. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged-in to that website.

How long we retain your data

When you submit a review, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

Data generated through Google Analytics is retained for 14 months.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Externally Processed Data

Payment Details

We don’t save payment details. Upon your payment, will only receive a message of successful payment. We can’t access the payment details transmitted to third parties (payment via PayPal, SOFORT, and credit cart via Stripe). These third parties are responsible for the responsible handling of your data.

Comments and Reviews

Visitor reviews can be screened by an automised service to recognise spam.

Google Analytics

The data generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your user behaviour is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA. Because we activated IP-anonymisation on this website, your IP-address will be shortened within the borders of the European Union or other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP-address will be transmitted to Google in the USA and shortened there.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left reviews, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

To request deletion of your date, write us an email or fill in the contact form. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
